Newtown Laneway House

Project role: Builder

​

This unique project transformed an existing single-storey laneway studio into a compact two-storey laneway house, retaining and reusing much of the existing building fabric. Despite its tiny footprint, the design delivers exceptional functionality, extensive storage and a carefully considered layout that shows how thoughtful building and craftsmanship can make every square metre count.​

Enmore Terrace

This ground floor renovation of a classic terrace in Enmore brings a fresh, contemporary touch to a heritage home. Designed by architect Felix Rasch, the project combines clean lines and warm textures with bold, unexpected details, resulting in a playful yet refined transformation.

The renovation enhances flow and liveability, with custom joinery and thoughtful spatial planning that honour the existing structure while bringing new life into the space. A standout project with character, comfort, and charm.
